Our Calamar Romana are prepared from squid rings carefully selected and coated with a thin crispy crumb. South specialty, squids are usually eaten as an appetizer with a dipping sauce, they can be enjoyed as well with a salad.

Production method: wild

Fishing method: hook and line or encircling nets and lift nets.

Cooking Instructions :

In the fryer: without thawing, fry for 3-4 minutes. In the frying pan: without thawing, fry for 3-4 minutes in oil while returning them halfway through cooking. In the oven: preheat the oven to 210-220°C. Place the tubes still frozen on a baking grid and cook for 14-16 minutes.

Ingredients :

Giant squid rings-based preparation 50% (giant squid 40% (in the final product), maize starch, wheat fiber, salt, thickener: carrageenan). Coating batter 50% (water, wheat flour, sunflower oil, salt, rice flour, baking powder: diphosphate, sodium carbonate, yeast, garlic, thickener: guar gum, glucose syrup, lemon natural flavor, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, colorant: riboflavin).
