Cooking Instructions :

Warm up the frozen seafood in a non-stick frying pan for 7-10 minutes over medium heat. Enjoy with pasta or rice.

Seafood 84% (squids (mollusc) and cuttlefishes (mollusc) 50%, mussels (mollusc) 30%, shrimps (shellfish) 20%), coating 16% (vegetal oils (colza, coconut), glucose syrup, olive oil 1,2%, basil 1%, salt, modified maize starch; spices, aromatic herbs, natural flavors).
