Escal Quality

The Escal brand is for you a guarantee of taste and quality of our seafood products. Indeed, we are selecting the best fishes from oceans worldwide. Our saithe’s back originate from waters around Faroe Islands. Far from the lands, the limpid colors allow the fishes to develop an intense and exceptional taste. After being captured, the fishes are carefully sliced and only the upper part of the fillet, also called back, where the flesh is tastier and more tender, is selected. The best parts are then frozen.

This product originate from a fishery which answered to the MSC environmental requirements for a sustainable and controlled capture.
