Cooking instructions:

Defrost advise: Remove the trout from the bag and take off the plastic film under running water. Let them thaw for an hour in cold water, or 6hours in the fridge or 7-8minutes in the microwaves on defrost mode.
Cooking in the oven: wipe the thawed trout, season with salt and pepper. Put them on a foil with a spoon of olive oil and fresh herbs and seal the papilotte. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheat oven at 200°C.
Cooking in the frying pan: dry the thawed trout, season with salt and pepper, then slightly flour them. Bake them in a non-stick frying pan with butter 7-8minutes each side.
