The White Tiger Prawns (Litopenaeus vannamei) come from ASC-certified aquaculture in Ecuador and are known for their intense flavor. Since they have already been peeled, the preparation and consumption is particularly simple and thus a pleasure in everyday life: boiled briefly in the herb stock, fried in the pan or marinated with herbs.

Cooking Instructions :

Remove the white tiger prawns from the bag and thaw at room temperature in a sieve for about 1 hour. Fry the thawed prawns in a non-stick pan with a little oil for about 2-3 minutes. Season as desired.
