In the frying pan, in the oven, or on the grill, our salmon fillets can be cooked quickly. Full of D Vitamin and omega-3, the salmon represents an ally for your health.

These salmon fillets originate from ASC certified aquaculture and are raised in Norway. This particularly cold environment allows a slow growth of the fishes and therefor they can develop their intense and exceptional taste. After being captured, the fishes are carefully sliced in fillets and directly frozen to keep an exceptional freshness.

This product originate from a farm which answer to the ASC requirements for a responsible aquaculture.

Cooking instructions :

Defrost advise: remove the salmon fillets from the bag. Leave them thaw overnight in the fridge or for an hour in lukewarm water without removing them from the plastic bag.
Cooking in the frying pan: Sear the thawed salmon fillets over high heat for 2min each side. Then 2 to 4min over medium heat. Then season to your taste.
Cooking in the oven: preheat the oven to 210°C on convection mode (th7). Remove the frozen fishes from the bag, place them on a baking dish, add a bit of oil and herbs, cover with foil and bake for 20-22min. (If the fishes are thawed, reduce the baking time to 12-14 min).
