Cooking Instructions :

In the fryer: without thawing, fry for 3 minutes. In the frying pan: without thawing, fry for 3-4 minutes in oil while returning them halfway through cooking. In the oven: preheat the oven to 210-220°C. Place the tubes still frozen on a baking grid and cook for 14-16 minutes.

Squid 40% (mollusc), water, peas flakes, rice flour, corn flour, potato and maize starch, salt, sunflower oil, fructose, baking powder: diphosphate, sodium carbonates; garlic powder, flavor, thickener: guar gum; colorants: E160e, riboflavin; acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate.
