Cooking Instructions :

Remove the pilchard from the bag and let them thaw for approximately 4 hours in the fridge. Gut the pilchard, rinse them under water, and wipe them with paper towel. Then cook them for 5 minutes in the grill or 5/7 minutes in the frying pan.
