Cooking Instructions :
Remove the mussels from the pack, rinse under cold water and defrost at room temperature in a strainer for about 1 hour.
Chilled: you can taste the mussels chilled once they are thawed.
Warm: you can brown them for 3 minutes in a frying pan.
