Mussels filled with garlic butter
For an original diner, our chef recommends you the mussels filled with garlic butter. With the garlic and parsley butter, this recipe can be prepared quickly with already cooked mussels.
1. Mix the softened butter, the garlic, the parsley, the shallots, the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg for the butter preparation. Add some white wine according to your tastes.
2. Place the mussels and the flesh in dish suitable for the oven. Place the dish on a baking grid and place in the oven to 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
