Fishing method: hook and longlines or trawls
Thaw the cuttlefish tubes overnight in the refrigerator or in lukewarm water for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off. Fry the cuttlefish for 5-7 minutes over high heat in the pan or cook in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
Squid (mollusc), salt. Acidifying agents: citric acid, sodium citrate.
