Cooking Instructions :
Remove the organic prawns from the box and the bag. Thaw for 1 to 2 hours to room temperature in a sieve. Brown the prawns with a bit of oil in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes per side, or boil them in a pot for 1-2minutes in salted water . Season to taste.
