Seafood mini-skewers

Do not hesitate to opt for mini aperitif skewers to impress your guests. Simple and ludic, the mini-skewers are prepared with Escal seafood are perfect for a light and refreshing aperitif!

Ingredients 

For 4 persons 

400g Frutti di Mare Premium

1 Granny Smith apple

4 thin slices of smoked bacon

100g of feta cheese

150g of red and yellow cherry tomatoes

1 avocado

1 lemon

20cl of olive oil

A few toothpicks

Salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Thaw and drain the seafood. Then brown over high heat with a bit of olive oil for approximately 5minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then reserve.

2. Grill the smoked bacon slices in a frying pan for approximately 3 minutes each side and cut them in small pieces. Cut the apple and the avocado in small cubes and drizzle with a half lemon, then set aside.

3. Cut the feta cheese in small cubes and the other half of the lemon in thin slices and rinse the cherry tomatoes.

4. Assemble your mini-skewers by putting a seafood on each pick and alternate with the tastes as you prefer (for example: some bacon, a scallop, a cube of avocado, a cherry tomato). Set aside in the fridge and serve with a spicy mayonnaise or a cocktail sauce.
