Let the squid tubes thaw in the fridge for a night or thaw them in lukewarm water for 15-20 minutes and dry. Brown the squid tubes for 5 to 7 minutes in the frying pan or cook them for 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water.
Squid (mollusc), salt. Acidifying agents: citric acid, sodium citrate.
