Ingredients
For 4 persons
300g of cooked prawns Ecuador
150g of mayonnaise
100g of fresh cream
25ml of lemon juice
The zest of a lemon
Salt, pepper
Cooking Instructions:
1. Let thaw the prawns the day before or soak them 30minutes in lukewarm water. Drain them.
2. Mix the mayonnaise with the fresh cream. Add the lemon juice and the zest. Season with some herbs, season with salt and pepper. Decorate with some lemon peel.
3. Present the sauce next to the prawns. Serve the dish as an aperitif or appetizer.
