Ingredients
For 4 persons
350g of raw shrimps Ecuador
8 of Chinese Ravioles leaves
100g of fresh Parmesan cheese
Tomato puree
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
1. Boil a pot of water and cook the Chinese Ravioles leaves 2 minutes then let cool off in a large volume of cold water and set aside.
2. Thanks to a peeler, realize some Parmesan cheese shavings and set aside.
3. Brown the shrimps with some olive oil for 2 minutes, season and set aside.
4. In a shallow dish or a small gratin dish, put 2 spoons of tomato puree, a few shrimps and a Chinese Raviole. Repeat 2 or 3 times.
5. End with some tomato puree and add some Parmesan cheese shavings.
6. Place to gratinate in the oven to 200°C, grill position for approximately 6-7min. Serve with a salad.
