
Ingredients
For 2 persons:
250g of organic salmon fillet
½ spoon of honey
5cl of soy sauce
½ bunch of dill
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2,5cl of sesame oil
1cl of peanut oil
Salt, pepper
Cooking Instructions:
1. Thaw the salmon fillets.
2. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Warm up a frying pan with the peanut oil, drop the salmon fillets and cook for 2 minutes each side, then stop the cooking by putting them in a large volume of water.
4. Drain the fish fillets, dry them with a kitchen towel and cut them into thin slices.
5. Place the slices on a plate and add the marinade on top of it, let marinate 5 minutes and enjoy!
