Defrost advise: place the bag still sealed in a big vessel with lukewarm water, let thaw for 15 minutes. Remove the fishes from the bag and let them 10minutes in the fridge before using them.
Cooking in the frying pan: Sear the thawed medallions in a non-stick frying pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Return and let the over side cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Cooking in the oven: preheat the oven to 210°C on convection mode (th7). Remove the frozen fishes from the bag, place them on a baking dish, add a bit of oil and herbs, cover with foil and bake for 10 to 12min.
