Seafood salad with virgin olive oil

An envy of freshness ? The Escal’s seafood cocktail are here for you! As appetizer or as a main dish, this summer salad of mussels, shrimps, scallops and other sea treasures are going to satisfy your expectations.

For 4 persons

Ingredients :

300g of Frutti di Mare, to cook

1 tablespoon of chopped garlic

2 tomatoes

2 lemon juice

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

10cl of olive oil

Salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Thaw and drain the seafood.

2. Cut the tomatoes in cubes, mix the olive oil, the lemon juice, the parsley and the garlic with the tomatoes, and set aside.

3. Coat the seafood with the virgin oil vinaigrette, season with salt and pepper.

4. Serve on a salad.
