Shrimps flamed with whiskey

A spectacular recipe of giant flamed shrimps which will make a mark on your guests’ minds and taste buds!

Ingredients

For 4 Persons

700g of raw Patagonian Prawn tails

4 tablespoons of olive oil

8 tablespoons of whiskey

3 garlic cloves

10 juniper berries

Salt flower

Espelette pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the garlic cloves, squeeze and chop the juniper berries, then add the olive oil and the pepper.

2. Soak the shrimps of this mix and let marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.

3. Just before serving, brown the shrimps for 3 minutes over high heat in a hot frying pan, then add off the heat the whiskey, flame quickly and serve right after with a salad.
