Lobster with orange sauce

For the gourmets or family parties, taste this not to be miss dish! Let you being tempted by our lobster tails with a unique taste, served in an orange and coriander marinade.

Ingredients

For 4 persons

2 lobsters MSC

1 orange

1 lemon

15cl of olive oil

½ of coriander

Coarse salt

Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Thaw the lobster tails as indicated on the pack, drain them and dab. Press the orange and the lemon to obtain their juice. Bring to boil the juice in a pot and reduce from a quarter.

2. Chop the coriander, pick the zest of the orange and the lemon up. Mix everything and add the olive oil, the salt and the pepper. Cut the lobster tails in two lengthwise and pour the prepared marinade on top.

3. Set aside between 1 to 12 hours maximum. Place the lobster tails to 275°C in the oven on grill mode for about 2-3 minutes. Serve with some salad or rice.
