Shrimps salad with croutons and grilled ham

There a fresh and light recipe composed with shrimps, the croutons and the grilled ham. A land and sea combination which works perfectly with this salad.

Ingredients

For 4 persons

300g of raw shrimps Ecuador
1 salad
4 brown bread slices
4 raw ham slices
1 egg
12cl of wine vinegar
15cl of sunflower oil
1 tablespoon of mustard
10cl of fresh cream
Salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Thaw the prawns the day before or soak in water for a ½ hour. Mix the oil, the vinegar, the egg, the mustard and the cream, then season with salt and pepper.

2. Cut the bread in cubes and brown them with a bit of oil.

3. Make some ham shavings. Brown the shrimps 3 to 4 minutes with a drizzle of oil. Dress everything on a salad and season with the vinaigrette.
