You are looking for a simple and original idea of recipe? This wok recipe of marinated prawns, Chinese noodles and vegetables is prepared very easily and is going to take us on a journey to Asia.

Ingredients

for 4 persons :

300g of King Prawns Provençal
200g of Chinese noodles
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs
200g of leeks
3 carrots
1 broccoli
100g of mange-tout peas
1 crushed garlic clove
2 green onions
1 teaspoon of salt flower
Some cashews

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the chopped onions, the soy sauce, the oyster sauce, the sesame oil, the garlic and the chopped herbs in order to constitute the deglaze juice.

2. Wash and peel the vegetables, then cut the way you prefer.

3. Cooked the noodles in a pot of salted water for 4 minutes and drain them.

4. Heat the wok, fry with the sesame oil the vegetables for 3minutes over high heat. Add the shrimps, cook again 3 minutes and deglaze with the juice. Add the Chinese noodles, mix well, sprinkle with salt flower and the cashews.
